Welcome to Helsaverse ("we," "our," or "us"). We operate helsaverse.com. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you browse, create an account, buy, or contact us, and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

Tools data: All 20 free tools run entirely in your browser. Your files, text, and images are processed locally on your device and are never sent to our servers.

Account data: If you sign in, we store your email address, and your phone number if you provide one. Sign-in is handled by Supabase (authentication) with Google OAuth or an email code. Staff may also sign in with email and password.

Marketing consent: When you create an account or join a waitlist, we ask for explicit consent to send you updates ("I agree to receive updates"). Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent anytime from your account page or the unsubscribe page.

Trial data: The 7-day free trial of premium tools is tracked only on your own device (localStorage). No trial data leaves your browser until you create an account or pay.

Purchase data: If you buy Premium, a book, or a service, we store the order record (item, amount, currency, provider reference, status). Card and bank details are processed directly by Flutterwave, we never see or store them.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To run your account, orders, Premium access, and book library
• To send updates you explicitly consented to (unsubscribe anytime)
• To respond to your inquiries and support requests
• To prevent fraud and abuse of paid services

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (Supabase session), and localStorage on your device for the free trial timer. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase hosts our database and authentication. Flutterwave processes payments under its own privacy policy. Google handles its own sign-in screen when you choose Google OAuth.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
